Take a moment to notice what stayed with you.
You might gently reflect on one or two of these questions:
What are my “branches” right now — people, roles, possessions, approval, certainty?
What happens when I stop asking these to hold me up, and instead touch the ground within myself?
There’s nothing to force or resolve.
Simply noticing the shift is enough.
